Kia Ora House is a modern self-catering holiday cottage built in traditional brick and flint. It is equipped to a high standard and can easily sleep 4 people and up to 7 people if required. It is situated in the heart of the coastal village of Mundesley. The house is 10 minutes gentle stroll from the fantastic beach, and a couple of minutes from local shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs - its in a fabulous location. Mundesley is surrounded by beautiful countryside and attractions for all ages.

Accommodation consists of:

• Open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room - with cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, LCD TV (with digital channels), DVD player, radio/CD
• 2 bedrooms - one with kingsize bed, one with twin single beds
• Space for a travel-cot (provided) in either bedroom
• Double sofabed in sitting room
• Bathroom with shower and bath
• Downstairs WC and shower
• Outside is a small courtyard garden with patio chairs and table.

(An additional z-bed is available if you need to squeeze in one more.) Bedding is provided for the king and twin beds - you'll need to bring your own bedding for the sofa-bed and any towels and tea-towels you require.

There is parking for 2 cars.

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets and smoking in the house.

We've tried to include everything in the house that you'll want when on holiday. So you'll find a selection of books, CDs, DVDs, family games, local Ordnance Survey maps, visitor information...picnic things, flasks, even a pair of binoculars.
